In the national project of "Bangladesh Population Census 2022", I have been appointed as a supervisor of a group of enumerators by our zonal officer. Our team has successfully completed all their task from 15th to 21st June 2022. In the four-day training session I worked and instructed them on how to gather data, what will be the important criteria to keep in mind during collecting data, and aware to prevent collecting incorrect data from people.

My Role As a Supervisor:
Assist enumerators in collecting data of all in the assigned supervisor area.
To ensure that no information in the supervisor area is omitted and no information is included more than once and to take the assistance of the area marshals in this regard.
Ensuring the confidentiality of all information collected by enumerators.
After collection of data, as a prerequisite for payment of honorarium of all enumerators, collect copies of national identity cards of all and submit all tablets to the Zonal Officer.
